Presenters:
Tung-Shi Huang, male, Ph.D.,Professor at Auburn University. His research mainly focus on identification of pathogenic bacteria by molecular biological assay, and assessment of the effectiveness of non-thermal treatments in controlling microbial contamination in meats, fresh produce, and seafood products.  Dr. Huang graduated from University of Floridain 1993 for his doctoral degree,and started working at Auburn University since 2001. He is members of Institute of Food Technologists, International Association for Food Protection, Chinese American Food Society, Alabama Association for Food Protection, etc.  
Sondra Jean Weese,female, Ph.D.,Professor at Auburn University. Dr. Weesegraduated from University of Tennessee in 1990 for her doctoral degree,then started working at Auburn University. Her extension and research interests are in reducing foodborne outbreaks and increase production of foods grown in the US. She is members of Institute of Food Technologists, International Association for Food Protection, Association of Food and Drug Officials, Alabama Fruit and Vegetables Growers Association.
