Professor Liu Shuwen, Ph.D. supervisor, male, born in June 1965, Bei’an city, Heilongjiang Province.
Education background：
Bachelor at Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University in 1987, PhD at Northwest A & F University in 2000, worked for one year at University of California-Davis
from September 2007 to September 2008 as a visiting scholar, part-time Director of the Institute of Agricultural engineering of Shaanxi Province.
Research field：Enology and enological microbiology
Courses offered： “Wine Enology ” for undergraduates; “Advances in research of viti-viniculture”, “professional english” etc for postgraduates.
Research achievements:
“Research on the optimization of wine quality” won the Ministry of Education’s third prize of science and technology progress (certificate number: 2003-231)
“Chinese wine technical system research and industrialization development” attained the first prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Award in 2008.
