Time of Enrollment：every fall semester
Application time：Before March, 1. every year

Application qualification：
　1. Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals in good health.
　2. Education background and age limit:
　The candidates must have the master degree or above and be under the age of 40；
　3.Except the English-speaking applicants, the other applicants must have good English (TOEFL 90 / IELTS 6.0 or above, or the appropriate level).

　2. Notarized transcripts and diploma of the most advanced study(Chinese or English)
　3. Acceptance letter of potential supervisor
　4. Two letters of recommendation(Chinese or English) 
　5. Study plan or research proposal
　6. Published papers(if you have)
　7. Photo copy of valid passport
　8. Certificate of clearance 
　9. Photocopy of physical examination records

　Notes：
　1）The faxed and digital application documents are not accepted.
　2) Incomplete documents will not be returned.
　3) The application documents will not be returned.

   4） The  English  proficiency  certificate  could  be  exempted  for  the  applicants  from  English  speaking countries, there is no need for applicants who take English as medium of instruction in universities to provide the certificate, but proof of English as medium of instruction is needed.

　5) The applicants who are fresh graduates must submit the proof of pre-graduation. The fresh graduates who are admitted must bring notarized certificate of the most advanced study when coming to NWAFU to register.

Fees and other expenses：
　Registration fee： 400 yuan
　Tuition： 30,000 yuan
　Medical issuance: 800 yuan/year
　Room Rate: 1000 yuan/month(Single room), 500 yuan/month(Rooms with two beds)
　Textbooks: According to exact expenses of textbooks
　All application documents will not be returned and application fee is not refundable.
