Brief introduction of your research experience: Dr. Yiqing Yao, Ph.D, Professor, Professor committee member in College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering at Northwest A&F University, the expert of the first batch "Young Thousand Talents Plan" in Shaanxi province, selected as the "outstanding talents plan" by Northwest A&F University; associate director of the Western Science Observation and Experimental Station of Rural Renewable Energy Development and Utilization, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Villages, associate director of Water and Fertilizer Integration Industry Alliance, executive member of Shaanxi Power Society, associate director of the Clean and Renewable Energy Power Generation as a branch to Shaanxi Power Society, ACS member, ASM member, etc. He received his PhD in bioenergy from Key Laboratory of Cell Activities and Stress Adaptations, Ministry of Education, Lanzhou University, China. His PhD research was mainly focused on converting biomass to biofuels by anaerobic fermentation. He has the postdoctoral research associate experience in the Department of Biological Systems Engineering, Washington State University, USA. His research interests lie in Energy conversion and resource utilization of biomass. He has completed 5 projects including International Cooperation in Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and other provincial and ministerial projects. He has published 18 peer-reviewed SCI papers in Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Biotechnology for Biofuels, Journal of Cleaner Production, Bioresource Technology, etc. He has an invention patent and an utility patent, both of which have been authorized by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C.. To date, he has participated in international conferences for many times as an oral speaker or sub-conference chairman, such as Industrial Biotechnology Congress (Aug 10-12, 2015| Birmingham, UK), Word Congress on Applied Microbiology (Aug 18-20, 2015| Frankfurt, Germany) and Green Energy Conference and Expo-2015 (Sep 21-23, 2015| Orlando, Florida USA). He is now the editorial board member of SciFed Chemical Research Journal-Scientific Federation, SciFed Journal of Virology, EC Bacteriology and Virology Research journal, Renewable Energy Research (Science Publishing Group), and Journal of Pollution And Public Health; as as reviewer for Energy Conversion and Management, Fuel, Energy & Fuel, RSC Advances. He won Zhengdao Li Academic Award, China (Who won the Noble Prize for physics), National Scholarship, Ministry of Education, China and Haoran Jian Environmental Microbiology Excellence Paper Award, China. |
