On May 4th, night of the May Fourth Youth Day, NWAFU May Fourth Award Ceremony and Concert was held at North Xiushan activity center to commemorate the 97th anniversary of May Fourth Movement. Over two thousand students and teachers came to enjoy the audio-visual feast.

The concert opened with the overtune Beaming With Joy At Sunrise, symbolizing everlasting spirit of the May Fourth Movement as well as presenting enduring passion and ardor of youth.

Classical works of both Chinese music and Western symphonies were performed by University Orchestra and Choir from Student Art Group, bringing auditory feast to the whole audience.

The concert ended with the song on the field of hope. Such melodious singing extols the beauty of our times, looking forward to the prosperous and happy future.
