On May 11th, with co-organization of Northwest A&F University and Yangling Demonstration Zone, the 5th Field Envoy Program and the Poverty Relief Program was initiated. 1,640 excellent college students were recruited as field envoys. During their one-year recruitment, they need to serve for at least 30 working days. Envoys will be assigned to rural cooperatives, land banks, farm villages, communitiesetc. within Yangling District.
