at Job Fair

On November 24th, the 8th Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Job Fair, hosted by the NWAFU Career Center, and sponsored by the College of Veterinary Medicine and College of Animal Science and Technology, was held as scheduled atXiushan Activity Center on north campus. 65 enterprises and institutions from 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), including Guangzhou, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Shaanxi, attended the job fair and provided a total of 3,564 jobs vacancies.

There are 2036 technical posts, 154 sales posts, and 1374 posts of other kinds offered for undergraduate with Bachelor’s,Master's orDoctoral degrees majoring in animal science, aquaculture, feed nutrition, veterinary medicine, pratacultural science, food science and engineering, bioengineering, environmental engineering, accounting, marketing and mechanical and electronic engineering. The job fair attracted nearly 1,200 students of all grades. Some graduates have agreed to sign contract with some organizations.
