To expand NWAFUers’ international visions and boost their English comprehensively, the College of Science and the University of California, Irvine jointly organized the winter visiting program. 18 students from seven colleges including the College of Science, the Innovation Experimental College and the College of Life Sciences joined the program.
The faculty and the students arrived in the state of California on January 25th. During the five days’ program, the students visited the campus, the library and various laboratories. University of California, Irvine arranged lectures regarding American culture, American advanced culture, and international postgraduate education, and familiarized the visiting students with American culture and education system.

The visiting group also visited great institutions including Stanford University, California Institute of Technology, University of California-Los Angeles, University of California-San Diego and University of California-Davis and the United States naval base. Through the lectures, seminars, and research programs, the NWAFUers get access to the international scientific frontiers and every one of them is sure to be benefited.
