On the morning of April 1st 2016, Dr. Nguyen Trung Minh, Director of Vietnam National Museum of Nature, Vietnam Academy of Science & Technology, signed a cooperation agreement with Professor Zhang Yalin, director of NWAFU Entomological Museum. Thereafter, the two sides had reached agreements on scientific research cooperation, academic exchange, and postgraduate education. They also laid down plans on joint scientific investigation, specimen collection, and combined postgraduate training, which laid a solid foundation for further cooperation and research.

Signed the Cooperation Agreement

After the meeting, Professor Zhang Yalin and Professor Wei Zong, in company with guests from Vietnam, visited NWAFU Insect Sample Exhibiting Room and Systematic Entomology Laboratory. In the afternoon, experts from Vietnam visited NWAFU Museum Garden.
Vietnam National Museum of Nature and NWAFU Entomology Museum reached a cooperation agreement, thus further expanded the foreign cooperation and exchange of NWAFU Entomology museum and NWAFU research team of Entomology Systematics, adding a new page for more extensive international cooperation and exchanges.
