From May 10th to 12th 2016, Vice President of S.Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University,Sergey VMogilnyy visited Northwest A&F University. During his stay at NWAFU, Sergey V Mogilnyy and Vice President Luo Jun of NWAFU, representing two universities, signed the memorandum of understanding.Two universities will carry on cooperation and communications in agriculture and related fields, including exchanges between students, teachers, administrative staff of scientific research and education. Academic exchanges will be further carried out through joint project applications and cooperative scientific researches.
