During August 9th to 11th, Ms.Penny L. Skilnik from the Graduate School of University of Saskatchewan visited NWAFU. Dr. Zong Li (professor of sociology and the director of the Confucius Institute) and Dr. Si Bingcheng (the candidate of NWAFU’s Thousand Talents program and professor of the Department of Soil Science) kept her company.
On the morning, NWAFU vice president Luo Jun met with the visitors. The two sides had a thorough discussion in regards to cooperative education, cooperative training of certified veterinarian, scientific research cooperation, and programs of Chinese Scholarship Council.
Dr. Zong Li also discussed with experts from the Department of Humanities on professional knowledge and 2+2 undergraduate program.
