The fourth Chenlu Scholarship Issuing Ceremony was held on the morning of September 25th at NWAFU. Eighty outstanding postgraduate students from NWAFU, Xi'an University of Technology, Xi`an University of Science and Technology, and Xi’an Technological University received RMB 3,000 each. Cheng Andong, the former governor of Shaanxi province, issued the scholarships and signed Chenlu Scholarship Financing Cooperation Agreement with the four universities’ presidents and Shaanxi Education Department director Wang Jianli. In the next decade, Mr. Cheng Andong will provide four universities each with an annual fund of RMB 60,000.
