From September 19th to September 21st, the 13th national members' representative convention of Soil Science Society of China and the 11th cross-strait academic exchange symposium on soil and fertilizer was grandly held in Xi’an. More than 1800 representatives from research, manufacture, teaching and others institutions attended the conference, including 22 representatives from Taiwan and representatives abroad.

At the symposium, nearly 360 experts and scholars made relevant featured reports, demonstrating research progress and latest achievements on various fields of Soil Science in recent years.

The conference attracted wide public attention, and was reported by a number of domestic media.
