Researchers from the world of apple will meet in the beautiful town of Yangling, China this October 10-16 for the 1st International Apple Symposium. Due date for Abstract submission is August 31. There is still time!
Sponsored by the International Society for Horticultural Science and the Chinese Society for Horticultural Science, this symposium will be a good platform to meet with researchers as well as an opportunity to network with international colleges in the field of apple research. Specially, this symposium is designed to provide a forum on recent development of apple research, focusing on five topics including:
1. Germplasm Resources and Apple Breeding;
2. Orchard Environment and cultivation management;
3. Molecular Biology and Biotechnology;
4. Plant Protection and Ecological Control;
5. Orchard Equipment, Post-Harvest Working, Apple Related Economics, and Fruit Health.
