In the year of 2012，Northwest A&F University built its first Apple Experiment and Demonstration Station outside Shaanxi province in Qingcheng county, Gansu province. Four years time has witnessed the area of apples increased from 160 thousand mu to 320 thousand mu(Chinese acres) , the yield from 80 thousand tons to 160 thousand tons, and the output value rose from 220 million to 480 million, achieving a two-fold increase in scale,yield and output value, writing scientific paper in great Longdong land(east Gansu Province),and turning “NWAFU Mode”into “Qingcheng Phenomenon”.
