Presided by Dr. Wang Xiong, the dean of College of Continuing Education at NWAFU, the first series of agricultural rural cadre training research was published this year. Containing two books –Demand Analysis and Research of Agricultural Rural Cadre Training (2006-2015) and Agricultural Rural Cadre Training Research, the series is the first publication focusing on the cadre training in rural areas.
Containing 650,000 words, the series reflects NWAFU’s exploration and practice on rural cadre training and Dr. Wang Xiong and his team’s hard work. This publication comprehensively concludes and summarizes NWAFU’s ten years’ work on training rural leadership. It also fills in gaps in domestic rural cadre training research, which has a great guiding significance in the new situation.
