On December 24th, NWAFU party secretary Li Xingwang, who was studying in Beijing, accompanied Zhao Zhengyong, former secretary of Shaanxi provincial party committee, and Zhang Guangqiang, former NWAFU party secretary, to pay a formal visit to comrade Li Lanqing, former member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC(Communist Party of China) Central Committee and former vice premier.

Comrade Li Lanqing has long been concerned about the development of NWAFU, and has visited the university for seven times to inspect and guide the work. The fact that 228 portraits of sketches drawn by Li Lanqing was donated to NWAFU in 2016 fully demonstrates comrade Li Lanqing’s concern and love towards the university.
