On January 9th , the 2016 National Science and Technology Awards Conference was grandly held at the Great Hall of the People by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. NWAFU’s two achievements received National Science and Technology Awards: the“Fine Breed Cattle and Sheep Efficient cloning technology”presided and completed by Prof.Zhang Yong from College of Veterinary Medicinewon the second prize of the 2016 National Technological Invention Award, and the “KeyTechnological Innovation and Application of Chinese Wine Industry Chain” presided and completed by Prof.Li Hua won the second prize of the 2016 National Science and Technology Progress Award.
