On March 9th, Secretary of the CPC Committee of NWAFU Li Xingwang received Serik Kenenbayev, director of KazakhstanInstitute of Agriculture and Plants and academician of Academy of Agricultural Sciences of The Republic of Kazakhstan and Mongolia.

KazakhstanInstitute of Agriculture and Plants is the largest institute in Kazakhstan with the biggest research scope. The two sides wish to start formal cooperation by signingscientific research cooperation agreement.
