Recently, NWAFU postgraduate student Ma Meilin published a cover paper on RNA Biology (RNA Biol, 2017, 14(3): 347-360), a top academic journal in RNA biology research. 

The paper’s first author, Ma Meilin, is the 2014 postgraduate student in the College of Animal Science and Technology under the supervision of Prof. Pang Weijun, leader of Muscle Biology and Swine Improvement Innovation Team. During the postgraduate study, Ma Meilin has participated into the projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China NSFC and National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) and takes miRNA’s function and regulatory mechanism in animal muscle development as research topic. So far Ma Meilin has published on Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (2015, 63(27): 6212–6220) and Scientific Reports (2016, 6, srep21865) as co-author.
