On the afternoon of April 18th, the twelfth lecture of“Countryside & Society &Development “seminarseries by College of Humanities was held at NWAFU. Mr.BarbaraHarriss-White, academician of British Academy of Social Sciences, senior research fellow of interdisciplinary area research Institute of Oxford University, andprofessor of development studies, made a report themed on “40-year changes of urban and rural economy in India” for teachers and students from College of Humanities.

This seminar series effectively enhance the theoretical level of teachers and students of College of Humanities, embodying sociological studies expand to the field of international cooperation.
