On October 28th, supported by China Association for Science and Technology, China-Russia Agricultural Sci-Tech Development Policy Research Center was founded in NWAFU. Vice President Luo Jun addressed the ceremony and inaugurated together with Mr. Shercov Sviatoslav, Director of International Relations Office of Stavropol State Agrarian University。

In the speech, Luo Jun extended warm welcome to more than 30 experts and professors from home and abroad. He pointed out that as two significant countries along the Silk Road, China and Russia have profound historical origins and shared a promising future for cooperation, and we sincerely hope that experts and scholars from both countries will exchange and discuss issues of common concern and play an active role in promoting agricultural cooperation in the areas of policy communication, trade cooperation, scientific and technological support and talent training.
