To further expand the channel of high-level talents introduction, Vice President Ma Jianhua headed a delegation to the United States and Canada from March 28^th to April 6^th to hold a special recruitment conference for overseas talents and achieved fruitful results. A total of 20 people signed on-site intention contracts.

The U.S.and Canada overseas special job fair was organized by the Department of Education of Shaanxi Province. Four high-level job fairs were held successively in New York, Boston, San Francisco of the United States and Vancouver, Canada, drawing wide attention in North America and attracting a large number of outstanding overseas talents. More than 60 people from famous universities and research institutes such as Stanford University, Purdue University, New York Kettering Institute, University of British Columbia and University of Alberta attended the recruitment fair of our university. Among them, four people applied NWAFU’s High-end Talents Introduction Plans, 16 candidates for Youth Thousand Talents Program, 7 candidates for Young Talents Introduction Program, and 14 Regular doctoral students. Through on-site communication and publicizing, 20 people eventually signed an intention contract on site.
