On May 19th, NWAFU’s Hubei Alumni Association was established in Wuhan. The Honorary President of the Hubei Alumni Association is chaired by Zheng Xinmin,   alumnus of 1980 from College of Animal Science and Technology, Chief Expert of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Xu Chong, alumnus of 1988 from College of Water Resources and Architectural Engineering, Deputy Director of the Water Conservation Bureau of Changjiang Water Resources Committee, and Li Jingqi, alumnus of 1982 from College of Landscape Architecture and Arts, Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Landscape Architecture. The first session was chaired by Cheng Yunjiang, alumnus of 1994 from College of Horticulture, Dean of School of Horticulture and Forestry of Huazhong Agricultural University. Zhang Junbiao, alumnus of 1981 from College of Economics and Management, Deputy Dean of School of Economics and Management of Huazhong Agricultural University, Ao Xiaoqin, alumnus of 1998 from College of Water Resources and Architectural Engineering, Engineering Director of Central South Architectural Design Institute General Contracting Center, and Gao Mengxiang, alumnus of 1992 from College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Dean of School of Life Sciences, Yangtze University, served as the vice chairmen. NWAFU alumnus of 1985 from College of Food Science and Engineering, vice president of Wuhan Boda Technology Group, Nan Yongping, served as secretary general.
