A few days ago, NWAFU received the approval of the China Scholarship Council , authorized to be the first group of Chinese Government Scholarships for International Students to Study and Experience the Social Practice and Cultural Experience Base. Amonged the three granted bases of Shaanxi, our university is the only one that has applied and approved alone. 

Our university has successfully held the social practice and cultural experience activities --- Explore China -Rural Revitalization --- for the International Students which were sponsored by the China Scholarship Council. Tens of international students from 22 universities including Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an Petroleum University, Shaanxi Normal University, Northwestern University, Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and NWAFU came to Yangling  and witnessed the development of China new rural construction facilitated by the power of agricultural science and technology. Related news reports have been published in China Daily News, China Youth Network, CNR, Ifeng.Com, HWS.CN and other domestic news media, and reprinted as headline news in the mass media of the United States, Britain, France and other countries more than 30 countries in the world. It has been a real hit and achieved extensive social benefits, laying a solid foundation for the success in the base application.
