From April 11th to 12th, the 6th English Speech Invitational Tournament in Northwest China and the 12th Graduate English Speech Contest in Shaanxi Province were held in Northwest A&F University.

　　85 contestants from 57 colleges and universities in western provinces including Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Ningxia and Inner Mongolia expressed their personal understanding on the theme of "Hard Work and Happiness” in English passionately on the beautiful campus full of blooming flowers.After nearly two days of orderly, compact and fierce competition, the English Speech Contest successfully completed the various predetermined schedules, and selected 27 English major awards, 55 non-English major awards, 33 outstanding awards, 8 outstanding coaches, 6 individual excellent organization awards and 2 collective excellent organization awards.
