According to the latest ESI data on May 9th, pharmacology and toxicology in NWAFU entered the first 1% of ESI for the first time.The subject has a total of 362 articles, with total citations of 3534 times and avearge citations of 9.76 times, ranking 819 out of 853 institutions in the top 1% of the discipline, indicating that pharmacology and toxicology in our university have a high level of scientific research and international influence.
At present, NWAFU’s seven disciplines of agricultural science, botany and zoology, engineering, environmental science and ecology, chemistry, biology and biochemistry, pharmacology and toxicology have entered the top 1% of ESI. The overall ranking of all disciplines and of the university is steadily rising.Among them,the agricultural science ranked 22nd, 7 places ahead of the previous period (March 2019, the same below), ranking the world's top 0.27‰; botany and zoology ranked 131st, 19 places ahead of the previous period, ranking the world's top 1.08‰; environmental science and ecology ranked 416th, biology and biochemistry ranked 598th, engineering ranked 751st, chemistry ranked 876th, respectively, 56, 55, 39 and 55 places ahead of the previous period. NWAFU ranks 922nd overall, 67 places ahead of the previous period.
In this issue, NWAFU’s 147 high-cited papers and 5 hot papers were published.
