Zhao Yuanqi's Personal Calligraphy Exhibition Successfully Held

On the morning of September 21st, "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind” celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China and the 20th anniversary of the merger of Northwest A&F University – Zhao Yuanqi’s personal calligraphy exhibition opened at the south campus art museum.

The calligraphy exhibition was hosted by the Youth League Committee of the university and the Party Committee of the College of Animal Science and Technology, organized by the Youth League Committee of the College of Animal Science and Technology and the Student Union, and created by Zhao Yuanqi, a 2018 undergraduate of the College of Animal Science and Technology. The purpose of the exhibition is to further implement the requirements of the educational activities of "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind”, carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, guide college students to firmly establish the "four consciousness" and firm "four self-confidence", and stimulate College students' sense of responsibility and mission strive to be idealistic, responsible and competent contemporary youth.

Overseas Students Gave thumbs-up on Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture

There are more than 50 pieces of works on display in this calligraphy exhibition, including General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech, General Secretary Xi Jinping's dictionary, Confucian Golden Sentences, school motto and school-running philosophy, university secretary Li Xingwang's speech and president Wu Pute's speech. Yang Xiaoqi, Li Dejun, Zhang Yuanzhi and other calligraphers inscribed on the exhibition site. Foreign students studied characters writen with a brush on the exhibition hall and felt the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
